Tilt the body slightly towards the back right while lowering the right fist to the side of the torso (right side of the ribs). Kick with the right foot to propel the body and add force to the uppercut.
First move, throw a right punch upward in an uppercut manner, angled to the left, aiming at the opponent’s chin. (The face should be within one’s own arm’s reach.)
Lean the body slightly towards the back left while lowering the left punch beside the torso (left side of the ribs). Use the left leg to push off, adding force to the uppercut.
Second move, throw a left punch upward in an uppercut manner, angled to the right, aiming at the opponent’s chin. (The face should be within one’s own arm’s reach.)
