Method of Training

  1. The technique used when the opponent attacks with a kick from either foot.
  2. Deflect the attacking foot to move it away from your body, which will help increase the speed of your counter kick.
  3. Thrust forward and counter with both fists, ensuring that the punches are close together, targeting the chest or chin.
  4. Rotate the hand upwards while delivering an uppercut, and simultaneously lower the head to cover with both hands. Tilt the body in the direction of the hand that is in front; for example, if the right hand is forward, tilt the body to the right, and if the left hand is forward, tilt the body to the left.
