Method of Training

  1. The technique resembles the ‘Rishi Mutsara’ posture.
  2. Tilt the body and bend to the left or right, using the elbow to shield the head, while quickly lowering the body into a sitting position.
  3. When the opponent jumps to deliver an elbow strike downward, use both fists to deliver an uppercut to the target area, specifically the chin.
    * This technique is aggressive and may cause injury, it requires skilled practice to master.
