Method of Training

  1. To be used when the opponent kicks.
  2. When the opponent opens a gap that can be seized, lift their foot up and pull it towards yourself.
  3.  When the opponent rushes in to counterpunch or grab the leg, use the front foot to kick directly at the opponent’s groin area. This will cause the opponent’s foot to be pushed away.

    * This technique is aggressive and may cause injury, it requires skilled practice to master.
