2-2 Elbow swinging punch technique with movement

Method of Training

  2. Step the left foot slightly forward to assist with the move, feint a right foot kick to the opponent’s neck. If the target is missed, do not stop; place the foot down to the left as the back foot, bend the body, and shift the weight onto the left foot.
  3. When the opponent shows vulnerability, use the force from the opponent’s attack combined with the force of a left-foot push, tilt the body to the left, and thrust the right elbow into the opponent’s body with power and speed, then return to Jod Muay stance.
  4. Step the right foot forward slightly to assist the movement, use the left foot to feint a kick to the opponent’s neck. If the target is missed, do not stop. Place the foot down to the right as the back foot, bend the body, and shift the weight onto the right foot, leaning the back towards the opponent.
  5. .When the opponent attempts to kick again, exploit their vulnerability by using the force of their attack, combining it with the force of a right foot push, and turning the body to the right. Simultaneously, thrust the left elbow forcefully and quickly into the opponent’s body, then return to the fighting stance.
