Method of Training

  1. Jod Muay
  2. When the opponent kicks with the right foot targeting the left side of the neck, first move, bend the left elbow to cover the ear, lower the body, and thrust the elbow towards the opponent’s groin. Pull the back foot to close the distance to the front foot, then straighten up and push forward to destabilize the opponent, before returning to the Jod Muay stance.
  3. When the opponent kicks with the left foot targeting the right side of the neck, in the second move, bend the right elbow to cover the ear, lower the body, thrust the elbow towards the opponent’s groin, then draw the back foot close to the front foot, stand up straight, and push forward to destabilize the opponent. Return to the Jod Muay stance.
