Method of Training

  1. The characteristic of using the technique when approaching the opponent is to employ the “Tad Mala” posture to assist in the approach.
  2. Tilt the body to the left or right and use the elbow to cover the head, while quickly crouching down.
  3. When the opponent attempts to deliver an elbow strike while jumping, use both hands to grasp the opponent’s ankles. Then, use the head to pass between the opponent’s legs and lift the body up, pushing to make the opponent fall backward.
    * This technique is aggressive and may cause injury, it requires skilled practice to master.
