Method of Training

  1. Jod Muay
  2. When the opponent kicks with their right foot targeting the left rib, neck, or chin, in the first move, use forward footwork (left foot) advance slightly towards the opponent, lean back, and use shoulder force to deliver a straight uppercut with the right hand aimed at the opponent’s chin. Then, return to the Jod Muay stance on the right side.
  3. When the opponent kicks with the left foot targeting the right rib, the nape of the neck, or the chin, the second move is to advance slightly with the front foot (right foot) towards the opponent. Lean back, use shoulder force to deliver a straight uppercut with the right fist aimed at the opponent’s chin, and then return to the left side of the Jod Muay stance.
