Method of Training

  1. The technique used when the opponent delivers a kick attack.
  2. Hold the opponent’s foot with both hands, with one hand gripping the middle of the shin and lifting it up.
  3. Use the other hand to hold above the knee, slightly towards the thigh, applying pressure to prevent the opponent from bending their knee (if the knee can bend, the opponent will counter with a punch).
  4. Simultaneously use the knee to strike the opponent’s thigh, which may cause the opponent’s leg to become strained or broken.
