Method of Training
Jod Muay
Lower the left hand beside the body, lean slightly to the left, step forward with the front foot, and forcefully kick with the right foot.
First move
, throw the knee while simultaneously delivering a right elbow strike to the target.
Lower the right hand to the side of the body, lean slightly to the right, step forward, and deliver a strong kick with the left foot.
Second move
, throw the knee while simultaneously delivering a left elbow strike to the target.
