2-4 Alternating kick techniques with movement

Method of Training

  1. Jod Muay
  2. Step forward with the front foot while simultaneously delivering a right kick to the target.
  3. First move, open the opponent’s guard, pull them into the right corner, combine force, and use Mae Mai.
  4. Step forward with the front foot while simultaneously delivering a left kick to the target.
  5. Second move, open the opponent’s guard, pull them into the left corner, combine force, and use Mae Mai.
