3-6 Te Fak Nueng Kick

Method of Training

  1. Jod Muay
  2. When the opponent kicks with their right foot targeting the left rib or neck, in the first move, step forward slightly with your left foot toward the opponent. Lean backward, using your shoulder to generate force for a straight right punch aimed at the opponent’s face. Then, return to the Jod Muay stance on the right side.
  3. When the opponent kicks with their left foot targeting the right rib or neck, in the second move, advance slightly with the front foot (right foot) towards the opponent. Lean back and use shoulder force to deliver a straight left punch aimed at the opponent’s face, then return to the Jod Muay stance on the right side.
