2-1 Straight punch techniques alternating with movement

Method of Training

  1. Jod Muay
  2. Pull the left arm up to guard the face, lean the body slightly to the back right, and push off with the right foot to add power to the punch.
  3. Thrust a straight right punch toward the target area of the opponent’s mouth or nose.
  4. First move, thrust a strong straight punch using the force generated from the shoulder.
  5. Step forward with the right foot, swing the right arm to guard the face, lean slightly backward to the left, and simultaneously push off with the left foot to add force to the punch.
  6. Thrust a straight left punch toward the target area of the opponent’s mouth or nose.
  7. Second move, thrust a powerful straight punch with momentum from the shoulder.
